If you are at all like 225 million other people, you have a LinkedIn Profile. If you are like a small percentage of them, you’ve taken the time to carefully display there your personal brand, fill in all your experiences, and accomplishments, and all the rest. Great! You absolutely need to do that, while sprinkling in all the keywords that a recruiter or hiring manager would expect to see from a person with your background.
So… now what? If you’ve done a really good job on your profile, others may begin to find you and reach out. But, too often, people think that this is all you need to do to make LinkedIn work for you. Not so!
